You’ll save hours in your planning process without having to reach out to multiple vendors for quotes for every single service.  Our all-inclusive weddings bring the best service providers together, saving you from an estimated 20 separate inquiries, 10 discovery calls, reviewing individual contracts, and lots of headache.

(So what’s the “almost” all-inclusive part?  You choose your favorite photographer, officiant, and dessert.  We’re happy to provide you with recommendations!)

Are you a bit more DIY?  Do you have a special vendor you really want to work with?  

No problem! We understand that sometimes couples want to use a specific vendor to provide something a little different.  That’s why we try to be flexible – so you can have things just exactly how you want them.  You are welcome to provide your own floral, decor, linens, etc. or work with an approved third party vendor for those items.  We also allow outside caterers with the payment of a small fee. 
Bar service is the only thing we require you to purchase from us — for all the rest you can use our in house packages to make things super easy or source your own.  We’re totally flexible!

Here’s what all of our packages include…

Venue

  • 14 hours access on your wedding day
  • use of our spacious, private and comfortable bride’s suite and groom’s lounge
  • Can accomodate up to 250 guests 
  • 1 hour rehearsal
  • A customized floor plan
  • use of all venue tables (round, rectangular, farm, hi top, etc) and stylish cross back chairs
  • Plenty of on site paved parking for all with excellent accessibility, lighting and security
  • Great location in historic downtown Monroe — convenient to Atlanta and Athens

Catering

  • Select from six distinct and delicious menus
  • Includes plates, flatware and glassware
  • Attend one of our quarterly food tastings to taste the options and select your menu

  • You can also use an outside caterer for a small fee (must be licensed and insured)

Bar service

  • Choose your bar package from one of our three options
  • Easily customise your bar package with morning drink packages, signature cocktails, champagne toasts and more!
  • Bar packages include servers.
  • Includes bar setup and four hours of bar service
  • Our two mobile bars allow for flexible arrangements to suit your floor plan

Floral and Decor

  • Choose from three levels of floral and decor packages
  • Our floral and decor packages are provided and installed by award winning JL Designs – the best in the business!
  • Huge in house decor inventory to select from
  • Up to 28 linen colors to choose from
  • Includes a personal consultation to customize your package to your tastes so every wedding is unique and special!
  • Includes all setup and clean up by our experienced and wonderful staff
  • You can also provide your own floral and decor (no ladders for DIY) or use an insured 3rd party vendor.
